Service Guarantees
Customer satisfaction is of great importance at Cycle Dynamics. As such Cycle Dynamics offers the following guarantees to give piece of mind.
Performance
Whilst Cycle Dynamics strives to optimise your performance specific gains can not be guaranteed. However, if you feel that your performance has suffered as a result of the bike fit beyond any short-term effects as a result of the neuromuscular adaptation process Cycle Dynamics will happily review your fit at no charge if verbal or written advice fails to resolve the issue.
Whilst adapting to a new position it is not uncommon to experience short-term minor discomfort in certain muscle groups due to changes in the way you load your body (eg. previously underactive muscles may be brought more into play). However, any significant or persistent pain/discomfort should be reported to Cycle Dynamics. As above, if verbal or written advice fails to promptly resolve the issue Cycle Dynamics will review your fit at no charge. Note that this does not cover pre-existing injury problems unless there is an aggravation of the problem as a direct result of the fit.
Equipment Advice
Cycle Dynamics will pay for any out of pocket expenses incurred by the
customer for changing/replacing incorrectly recommended components or
frame where Cycle Dynamics determines in consultation with the customer that it is not possible to fit the
customer to their satisfaction to achieve a pre-determined position or
goal (subject to any conditions or caveats detailed in any material
provided following the bike fit/pre-purchase fit). Expenses may include
retailer restocking fees, freight charges and bicycle mechanics fees. In
the event of it not being possible to return an item Cycle Dynamics
will offer to reimburse the customer the original purchase price (proof
of purchase price required) conditional on ownership of the item being
transferred to Cycle Dynamics. Cycle Dynamics reserves the right to
provide services in lieu of payment by mutual agreement with the
customer and

- All free bike fit reviews are contingent on the customer following post-fit advice. Cycle Dynamics reserves the right to not offer a free review if there is reasonable grounds to believe that post-fit advice has not been followed.
- Cycle Dynamics reserves the right to limit the extent of liability for equipment advice in advance in certain circumstances (eg. where a customer wishes to purchase an exceptionally expensive piece of equipment or where there is insufficient information available or other factors at play that limit the ability to offer a firm recommendation). Any such limitation will be discussed with the customer at the time of consultation.
- Whilst Cycle Dynamics reserves the right to change the terms of these guarantees at any time, be assured that any guarantees in place at the time of consultation will be honoured.
